Michael was born March 4, 1991 in Fort Worth, Texas to Brian and Donna (Distefano) Mize. He served in the United States Air Force and was currently serving in the Air Force Reserves.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his parents, Brian and Donna Mize of Rhome; 3 brothers, Brandon Mize and wife Amanda of San Diego, California, Jeremy Mize of Fort Worth and Cameron Mize of Rhome; his grandparents, Gordon Mize and wife Connie of Grand Prairie, Frank Distefano and wife Della of Port Charlotte, Florida; his uncle, Tracy Mize of Denton; his cousins, Russell, Seth and Lane Mize; great-aunt, Sherry Mize; 1 niece; and a host of friends.
