Memorial Service: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Chapel in Boyd. Jackie Davis to officiate.
Wanda was born November 1, 1947 to Tom and Bessie (Sikes) Hunt in Weatherford, Texas. She married Jimmy Boyd on May 2, 1963 in Breckenridge, Texas. She was a Baptist.
Wanda was preceded in death by her parents; 2 brother, Douglas Boling and Tommy Hunt; and sister, Delores Campbell.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 47 years, Jimmy C. Boyd of Justin; daughter, Carolyn Sue Hewson and husband Bill of Azle; 2 sons, Jimmy Dwain Boyd of Justin and Jason Carol Boyd and wife Jennifer of Rhome; 6 grandchildren, Desiree, Brittney, Chelsea, Dally, Jacob, and Harley; 3 great grandchildren; brother, James Hunt of Mineral Wells; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
